Natural History & More

In partnership with Cornwall Wildlife Trust

The spectacular coastline and heaths of the West Penwith Peninsula are the setting for this early autumn holiday to Cornwall. The coastal heathland is ablaze with colour, family parties of chough feed along the clifftops, offshore good numbers of basking shark can be seen, and the crowds of summer have dispersed. This is the perfect time to enjoy Land’s End!

This is also an area rich in culture, from stone circles and burial barrows to the mining heritage and the artists’ haven of St Ives. As part of the trip, we will have a boat trip out to observe the giant basking sharks, as well as the possibility of dolphins or porpoises.

£860, No SRS (limited single rooms). Full Board
